Frequently asked questions
Is this legal?
Yes. Our products are hemp-derived and formulated in accordance with federal regulations, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
Is Hemp the same as Marijuana?
Hemp and marijuana both come from the Cannabis sativa plant—but they are not the same thing.
The biggest difference comes down to one simple number: THC.
Hemp
- Contains 0.3% THC or less by dry weight
- Will not create a “high” feeling
- Federally legal in the U.S. under the 2018 Farm Bill
- Used for wellness products, food, fiber, and more
Marijuana
- Contains more than 0.3% THC
- Known for its psychoactive effects
- Regulated differently depending on the state
Why This Matters
We use hemp-derived ingredients that stay within the legal THC limit. That means our products are made to be:
✔ Compliant
✔ Carefully measured
✔ Transparent (with lab testing available)

How is this different from dispensary products?
Our products are hemp-derived and federally compliant. We focus on clean ingredients, small-batch formulation, and a refined experience — without dispensary culture.
Will I feel intoxicated?
Individual experiences vary. These products are intended for responsible adult use and should be consumed intentionally. We recommend beginning with a single serving in the evening.
How is dosing measured?
Each batch is formulated and third-party tested for potency. THC content is clearly listed per serving and per package.
How long does it take to feel effects?
Onset time varies by individual. As with all edible products, effects may take time. Begin with a measured serving and allow adequate time before considering additional consumption.
Who should not use this product?
Not for individuals under 21, pregnant or nursing individuals, or those who should avoid THC. Consult a healthcare provider if you are taking medications or have medical concerns.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Orders are shipped discreetly.
Where do you ship?
We ship to jurisdictions where hemp-derived products are permitted. We reserve the right to restrict shipping based on local regulations.
Why Is Nano More Potent?
What does “nano” mean?
Nano cannabinoids are broken down into tiny particles that are much smaller than traditional oils or distillates. Because the particles are so small, your body can absorb them more quickly and efficiently.
Why do nano edibles feel stronger?
Traditional edibles must travel through your digestive system and liver before effects are felt. Nano products are designed to absorb faster, which can create a quicker onset and a more noticeable experience for some people.
Does nano hit faster?
Yes. Many people report feeling nano edibles within 15–45 minutes, while traditional edibles may take 1–2 hours or longer depending on metabolism and food intake.
Why do people sometimes need less nano THC?
Because nano particles are absorbed more efficiently, some users feel stronger effects with a smaller amount compared to traditional edibles. That’s why we always recommend starting low and waiting before consuming more.
Is nano synthetic?
No. Nano refers to the size and delivery method of the cannabinoid particles, not whether the THC itself is natural or synthetic. Nano technology simply helps improve absorption.
Can nano feel different than regular edibles?
Yes. Some people describe nano edibles as feeling smoother, faster, or more balanced compared to traditional edibles. Everyone’s body responds differently based on metabolism, tolerance, and serving size.
Why is “start low and slow” important with nano?
Because the effects may appear faster than traditional edibles, it’s easier to accidentally take too much too quickly. We recommend starting with a small serving and waiting at least 2 hours before increasing your amount.
Does food affect nano edibles?
Food can still impact your experience, but nano products are often less dependent on digestion than traditional edibles. Effects may still vary from person to person.
Why do your cookies have lower THC milligrams?
We intentionally keep our THC servings lower because our nano formula is designed for better absorption. Many customers find they need less compared to traditional edibles.
